60 g butter
250 ml milk
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
10 g salt
20 g fresh yeast
1 tablespoon black sesame
1 tablespoon white sesame
1 tablespoon crushed flax
1 teaspoon sugar

Gently heat the milk, along with a teaspoon of sugar and butter, until the butter is melted. Make sure that the temperature does not exceed 60°C.
Lukewarm pastries are served with chicken pâté.
