Yogurt-cake with raspberries

Prepartaion  / 20 min
  • Leave the gelatin to swell in 0.5 dl of cold juice (nectar).
  • Heat the rest of the juice over low heat and dissolve the swollen gelatin in it. Add powdered sugar and stir in the raspberries.
  • Mix the yogurt together with the whipping cream powder until in gets foamy and firm. Then gently stir in the lukewarm mixture of raspberries.
  • Grind the viscuits and mis with nuts, milk and melted butter and cover the cake pan bottom with this mixture.
  • Spread the cream on the surface and leave the cake to cool for at least three hours.
Serving suggestion
Before serving, garnish with whipped cream.

Ingredients
(12 slices - mold diameter 22 cm)
150 g of biscuits with butter
100 g butter 'z bregov
3 tablespoons milk 'z bregov
1 tablespoon ground almonds or walnuts
200 g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 dl Vindi Cherry nectar
20 g gelatin powder or
12 gelatin sheets
200 g  of powdered sugar
4 Vilikis yogurt
(6 dl)
3 sachets of whipping cream powder
