Preparation  / 15 minutes
  • Peel the avocado, cut it in halves and then cut the slices lengthwise. Sprinkle some lemon juice and salt over the avocado.
  • Clean the pepepr and cut it in thick strips, cut the green lettuce in thin strips.
  • Use the panto heat up the tortillas, spread cheese over them and sprinkle them with the tomato pesto.
  • Add coriander, green lettuce, pepper and avocado, and then fold everything together.

Chef's tip
If you like, you can add in some finely chopped chilli peppers.

200 g Vivis fresh cream cheese with bacon
4 tortillas
1 avocado
1 red pepper
4 leafs green lettuce

tomato pesto
  fresh coriander 
1 lemon
  salt, pepper
