Unbaked chocolate cake with Greek yoghurt Vilikis

Preparation  / 30 min
  • Mix the melted butter with minced biscuits and cover the cake pan bottom with this mixture. Impress good.
  • Heat the whipping cream on low heat until boiling.
  • Remove from the stove and stir in hackled chocolate.
  • When the chocolate is melted, add the icing sugar and yoghurt to the warm (not hot) chocolate. Mix well and carefully pour over the cookie base surface. Refrigerate.
  • Mix well the ingredients for the second cream and carefully spread on the cooled first cream.
Serving suggestion
After one day of cooling cut into 16 slices and garnish with chocolate decorations.

150 g of milled whole biscuits
70 g butter 'z bregov
Ingredients for the first cream:
300 g dark chocolate (40% cocoa)
2 dl whipping cream
'z bregov
100 g icing sugar
1 Vilikis Greek yoghurt (150 g)
Ingredients for the second cream:
2 Greek yoghurts Vilikis
150 g creamy peanut butter
100 g icing sugar
 200 g of cheese spread light 'z bregov
