Turkey meatballs with pistachio nuts and sesame

Preparation /  min
  • Mix the minced meat with pistachio, one tablespoon of melted butter and mineral water. 
  • Add salt, pepper and carefully the garlic powder.
  • Shape balls the size of small walnuts and sprinkle with sesame.
  • Bake on the remaining butter in a pan over medium heat while constantly turning.
Serve the hot meatballs as a snack at your party or as a light meal with plenty of salad.

300 g turkey minced meat Vindon
2 tablespoons of finely chopped pistachio
2 tablespoons of butter 'z bregov
1 tablespoonof chopped parsley leaves
0,5 dlof mineral water
 a little salt, pepper, garlic powder
