Turkey chops with spinach

Preparation  /   20 minutes
  • Season the turkey with salt and pepper, fry briefly on both sides and put aside in an ovenproof dish. 
  • Cook the spinach in boiling water for a few minutes, drain and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 
  • Spread the spinach on the meat and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake at 220 C for about 10 minutes.

Chef’s tip
Količinu špinata možete smanjiti te dodati još neko drugo lisnato povrće (blitvu, kelj, raštiku, broskvu).

0,4 kg spinach
0,3 kg  Vindija Bel Vi cheese
  salt, pepper, garlic powder 
2 tbsp olive oil
