- Use the tuna oil from the tin to fry the chopped onion, add tuna flakes and fry shortly before you add cooking cream and sour cream.
- Season with salt and pepper, cook for five more minutes and add the tagliatelli you have previously cooked in salty boiling water.
- Stir thoroughly, sprinkle with grated Varaždinec cheese and serve.
