Tuna and Egg lunch pack

Our gourmet team brings you valuable tips on how to pass the most important exam of every parent chef and to prepare a meal that will make the long and exhausting day at school better for their youngster. 
Preparation   / 20 minutes
  • Cut the half of the baguette lengthwise.  
  • Spread a layer of tuna cheese spread on the bottom half and layer with fresh rocket, cheese slices and lightly salted slices of a hard-boiled egg.
  • Cover with the top half of the baguette and wrap in cling film. 

Chef’s tip
Tuna and eggs go perfectly in this extraordinary sandwich, whose flavour will be absolutely irresistible if you add a couple of slices of Vindija’s semi-hard cheeses to the basic ingredients.

1/2 of a Latica Baguette 

'z bregov tuna tomato cheese spread
medium-size tomato 
handful fresh rocket 
2 slices  of Vindija’s Tilzit cheese 
2 slices  of Vindija’s Gouda or Varaždinec cheese
1 hard boiled egg
  salt
