Preparation |

- Fry the breaded chicken strips in a deep fat fryer or in a frying pan on some oil.
- Place the meat on a paper towel to absorb excess fat.
- Cut the avocado into cubes and mix with cottage cheese, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Use a hand blender to work the mixture into a fine spread.
- Heat the tortilla wraps briefly on a hot frying pan and take them out. Spread a layer of the cheese avocado mixture, follow with spinach leaves, sprinkle with grated carrot, finish with the breaded chicken strips and fold.
- If needed, fasten with a toothpick and cut each tortilla roll in half.
