  • Blend all ingredients until they smooth together to a creamy dip.
Serving suggestion
This mayonnaise substitute with less fat is excelent in sandwiches and in combination with baked and roasted potatoes.

Chef's tip
First mix half of the vinegar, and then, if necessary, also the rest. If you use a sugar substitute (eg.Stevia), also do not add the entire amount immediately.

Greek yoghurt Vilikis
2 tablespoons of bright vinegar
1 tablespoon  icing sugar (or liquid sugar substitutes)
1 tablespoon mustard (Dijon)
