- Clean the asparagus, wash it under a running tap, and boil in salted water for about 5 minutes. Let it strain and cool down. Cut lengthwise.
- Put the asparagus on plates and decorate with slices of smoked salmon.
- Spread crumbled fresh cheese and grated hard-boiled egg on top.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil and sprinkle chopped dill on top.
