Sesame, turkey, soy sauce salad

Your quest has just ended because we have created perfect recipes for light meals, which contain the ideal ratio of nutritional and hedonistic values for all those contemporary gourmands who are always careful about their health and staying fit!
Preparation  / 30 minutes
  • Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a frying pan. Take them out of the pan and allow to cool. 
  • Add a tablespoon of olive oil and stir-fry the turkey fillets cut into strips. Take them out of the pan and keep warm. 
  • Add strips of bacon and stir-fry until crispy. Take them out and keep warm. 
  • Using the same frying pan, add the rest of the oil and stir-fry the thin strips of carrot and drained bamboo shoots until crispy.  
  • When almost done, add salt, pepper, garlic powder and a tablespoon of soy sauce. 
  • Transfer to a serving bowl. 
  • Allow to cool slightly, then add the turkey and rocket.
  • Add the rest of the soy sauce and season to taste. 
Serving suggestion
Mix and transfer to individual plates. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and bacon crisps. 

Chef’s tip
Instead of sesame seeds, use golden flax seeds. Instead of bamboo, use soybean sprouts. 
Ingredients  / serves 4 
300 g Vindon turkey breast fillets
12 thin  rashers of Rozeto Vir pancetta
1 large  carrot
1 a small can of bamboo shoots
100 g rocket
2 tbsp.  sesame seeds
3 tbsp.  soy sauce 
3 tbsp.  olive oil 
  salt, pepper, garlic powder
