Sauerkraut cabbage rolls stuffed with chicken meat

  • The minced meat is mixed with semi-cooked rice. Add spices. 
  • Mix well and put some stuffing meat on every leaf of the sauerkraut and wrap it. The remaining cabbage is cut into strips. 
  • Prepare a roux with red pepper powder in a pot and pour cold water on it. 
  • Place the cabbage and the sauerkraut rolls on this and let it simmer. You can also add some smoked bacon cut into slices. 
  • Leave the sauerkraut rolls to simmer for about 90 minutes.
