  • Slice the cleaned vegetables and put it together with the salted salmon and 4 tablespoons of oil into a baking bag and seal well.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for about 15 minutes. Leave the fish to cool in the bag.
  • Do not roll out the puff pastry, but cut it crosswise into thin slices. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and leave plenty of space as the dough will enlarge during baking. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for about 12 minutes and the cool.
Spread Vivis cream cheese on pieces of puff pastry and then stick two pieces together as a wafer. Put some salmon pieces on top and drizzle with olive oil.

250 g puff pastry
250 gVivis cream cheese with chives
300 gfresh salmon filet

olive oil
100 g soup vegetables (carrots, parsley, onion and garlic)

salt and pepper
