Salad with pears and Camembert

  • Put the sugar in a pan and melt it over medium heat. Add whole cleaned walnuts and stir well.
  • Such caramelized walnuts remove on baking paper and leave to cool. When the caramel hardens on the nuts, crush them with a rolling pin.
  • Put the washed spinach leaves in a larger bow together with sticks of avocado sprinkled with lemon, diced Camembert, thin slices of spring onions and sliced peeled William pears.
  • Pour over with the salad dressing mad of olive oil mixed with vinegar, salt, sugar and mustard.
  • Mix the salad gently, put it in bowls and before serving sprinkle with caramelized walnuts and freshly ground pepper.

100 g baby spinach
2 William pears
100 g Camembert
1 avocado (soft)
  Juice of half a lemon
1 onion
100 g of walnuts
50 g sugar
5 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons  of vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

a sprinkle of pepper
