  • Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar and slowly add butter, softened chocolate and flour.
  • Finally, add whisked egg white to the mixture, put into a mould and bake at 180°C for about 45 minutes. 
  • Place over the second part of the cake and pour over the rest of the topping.
    Cool and pour on the chocolate icing.

250 g butter 'z bregov
300 gchocolate
200 gplain flour
50 gcocoa
 For the topping and the icing:
150 g sugar 
200 gbutter 'z bregov
150 gchocolate
