Rainbow cake with lemon and Vivis cream cheese

  • Stir Vivis cream cheese, lemon juice and zest, vanilla sugar, almond extract and 300g icing sugar. 
  • Mix the whipping cream with the stabilizer and the rest of icing sugar into firm whipped cream. Divide the mixture of Vivis cream cheese and whipping cream into 4 equal parts.
  • Put the prepared flan case into a cake mould. Add 4 dissolved leaves of gelatin into the first part of the Vivis cream cheese mixture, as well as the first edible color and the first part of the whipped cream. 
  • Blend all together, pour on the biscuit and let it cool to get tightened before pouring on the mixtures with other colors. Before serving, leave to cool down and sprinkle with colorful sugar pearls.

1 prepared flan case
4 Vivis cream cheese of 200 g
500 ml whipping cream 'z bregov

juice of 2 lemons
 zest of half a lemon
2sachets of vanilla sugar
 a few drops of almond extract
400 gicing sugar
2 sachetsof whipping cream stabilizer
16 leavesof gelatin
 edible colors
