Pint of chilli chocolate

  • Melt the chocolate over a water bath and stir in the ground chilli peppers. Combine the cream with sugar and stabilizer and whip the mixture until it forms a stiff peak. 
  • Continue whipping and gradually add the lukewarm melted chocolate. Set aside 2 tablespoons of whipped cream for decoration. 
  • Crush the biscuits finely. Place layers of biscuits sprinkled with rum and the chocolate chilli mousse in a glass beer mug. 
  • Decorate with whipped cream, chilli peppers and a mint leaf. 

Ingredients /  serves 1 
3 dl of whipping cream
30 gof powdered sugar
1 packetof whipped cream stabilizer
200 gof dark chocolate
1/4 teaspoonof freshly ground chilli peppers
50 mlof white Bacardi rum
30 gof Gran Cereale chocolate biscuits
