- Stir-fry the diced bacon, drain and cool.
- Mix milk, eggs and melted butter with the flour and baking powder. Add salt, pepper, herbs, cheese and drained bacon.
- Fill up to 2/3 of the muffin cups (or in paper cups for muffins) with the resulting mixture.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 190ºC for about 25 minutes.
