Mille Feuille

Preparation 
  • Put sugar and 1.2 liters of milk on low flame and bring to boil. In the remaining milk mix the egg yolks, flour and pudding powder.
  • Stirring constantly, add the mixed ingredients to the hot milk and cook until thick. Leave aside covered to cool.
  • Roll each of the puff pastry sheets on a floured board a little bigger than the baking tray (since the puff pastry will shrink a bit during baking). Bake them separately in a 200°C oven 15-20 minutes until they are a nice brown color. Leave to cool.
  • Beat the cream with the fixer according to package instructions, without adding sugar.
  • Mix the cooled custard well and then carefully add the whipped cream.
  • Put one sheet of the baked puff pastry in the baking tray, put some of the custard, put another sheet of the pastry, then the custard, and finish with the puff pastry. Leave to cool well.
  • Cut into squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Ingredients
For the custard:
1,5 lmilk 'z bregov
3 sachets pudding powder
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3egg yolks
250 gsugar
0,5 lwhipping cream 'z bregov
2 sachetscream fixer
 Other ingredients:
600 g store bought puff pastry (3 sheets) 
 powdered sugar for sprinkling
