Lasagne with turkey meat and mushrooms

Preparation  / 60 min
  • Finely chop the onions and stir-fry on hot butter. Add turkey meat, a pinch of salt and pepper.
  • Clean the mushrooms and cut it into slices, add to the turkey meat and continue to sauté until all liquid evaporates. Remove from the heat and let it cool.
  • Salt the mileram sour cream, add pepper and tomato paste, the chilled sautéed turkey meat with mushrooms, bread crumbs, some oregano and basil. 
  • To assemble the lasagne, lightly oil an ovenproof serving dish then cover it in turn with lasagne sheets and mileram sauce, sprinkling each layer with grated cheese. 
  • Finish the lasagne with sauce and cheese on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 190oC for about 35-40 minutes.

100 g onions
400 g Vindon minced turkey meat
500 g 'z bregov mileram sour cream
250 glasagne sheets
2 tablespoonsof tomato paste
150 gmushrooms (button, porcini or oyster mushrooms)

salt, pepper, origano and basil
200 ggrated Vindija Edam cheese
100 g'z bregov butter
2 tablespoonsLatica bread crumbs
