Hungarian layer cake

Preparation
  • Knead the dough, divide it into 5-6 pieces (at your option) and leave it to rest half an hour.
  • Roll the dough pieces thinly on baking paper and bake for a few minutes at 180 ºC.
  • Take 4 dl milk, and put the rest (6 dl) to boil. Add sugar and flour to 4 dl milk, stir well the cream and finally add the previously into pieces broken chocolate and stir well again.
  • Add the margarine into the still warm and cooked cream, mix well and brush the cream on the dough leaves.

Chef's tip
Put  some burden on the finished cake so the filling can spread evenly. The cake should be preferably made the day before, whereas the chocolate glazing the next day.

45 dkg flour
3 eggs
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 baking powder
1/2 dlmilk 'z bregov
For the filling:
1 lmilk 'z bregov
30 dkg sugar
6 tablespoonsflour
10 dkg cooking (dark) chocolate
2/3margarine
