Preparation |

- Wash the unpeeled potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Season the potatoes with salt. Spread Butterino in a baking pan.
- Lay potato halves in the baking pan, face down. Bake them in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for approximately half an hour or until they soften.

Serve hot, alongside the refreshing and creamy Vilikis Greek yoghurt. |
