Hot Potato Halves (gluten free)

Preparing a delicious starter is no problem at all with Vindija’s products because when they are among the ingredients, you know that you will get an excellent first course.
  • Wash the unpeeled potatoes thoroughly and cut them in half. Season the potatoes with salt. Spread Butterino in a baking pan. 
  • Lay potato halves in the baking pan, face down. Bake them in a pre-heated oven at 220°C for approximately half an hour or until they soften. 
Serve hot, alongside the refreshing and creamy Vilikis Greek yoghurt.
