- In a mold or baking dish, alternate layers of bread slices smeared with the Liptauer cheese spread and sprinkled with chopped ham sausage, bread slices smeared with the Provence cheese spread and sprinkled with peas, and bread slices smeared with the light cheese spread, sprinkled with grated carrot. Top it all with a layer of bread slices.
- Leave to cool for 2-3 hours.
- Cut into rectangular slices and pierce each one with a toothpick with an olive on top.
