  • Chop the onion into fine pieces and fry gently.
  • Put the meat and carrots to the onion and fry until golden brown.
  • Add green beans, dash with broth to cover the meat and beans. Season and leave to simmer to soften the beans.
  • At the end, dilute one tablespoon of corn-flour and the cream in some water and thicken the green beans stew and finally add dried chives and boil up briefly.

2 small carrots cut into thin slices
500 ggreen beans

40 gCekin chicken fillet 
2 l stock prepared from Cekin chicken boiling meat
1 tablespoon
corn-flour
1 teaspoondried chieves 
2 dlsour cream 'z bregov
 salt and pepper
