Gratinated Vindon burger with vegetables

Preparation  / 20 min
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the burgers on each side for several minutes. Arrange the fried patties on a baking sheet or in a baking dish taht you previously slightly oiled.
  • Cook the vegetables in salted water, drain and return again to the pan, add Butterino to melt, season and stig gently.
  • Slice tomatoes and ararnge on the burgers. 
  • Arrange the vegetables on the burgers and around them and cover all with cheese.
  • Gratinate in the oven until the cheese melts and gets golden brown.
Serving suggestion
Serve hot.

Ingredients  / serves 4
4 Vindon burgers
800 g mixed vegetables (carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green beans)
12 slices of  Edam cheese
100 g of 'z bregov Butterino butter with herbs
fresh tomato
  a little oil 
  salt and pepper
