Gnocchi Au Gratin with Bovi Curd Cheese

  • Cook the potatoes in salted water until very soft. Crush the potatoes with a potato masher. Pass the curd cheese through a metal sieve and add it to the potatoes, along with the flour, eggs, salt and pepper, and knead the dough.
  • Form the gnocchi from the dough and boil them in water until they float. 
  • Cut the pepper into strips, add the sausage, the chopped tomatoes and parsley, season and mix with the cooked gnocchi. 
  • Place the gnocchi into a baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a pre-heated oven at 230 °C (for 4-5 minutes).

500 g of peeled potatoes
250 g of Vindija Bovi Curd cheese
300 g of rough flour
200 gof green peppers
150 gof Rozeto Slavonian sausage
250 gof chopped tomatoes
150 gof Vindija Bel Vi cheese

chopped parsley
 salt, pepper
