  • Blend the Mascarpone and add the mashed bananas, half the amount of sugar and cocoa liquor.
  • Cut the kiwi, mango and strawberries into small cubes and mix with the remaining sugar and pulpy juice.
  • Cover alternately the cup with cream and fruit salad.
  • Cool well the glasses with the dessert.
Serving suggestion
Before serving, garnish with mint and biscuits.

for 6 - 8 cups
500 g mascarpone cheese 'z bregov
1 banana (crushed into puree)
1 tablespoon coconut liqueur
100 g icing sugar
1 dl Vindi  apricot pulpy fruit juice
1 mango
100 g strawberries
  Viscotti or similar biscuits and mint leaves
