Fried Vegetables with Fresh Cheese

Preparing a delicious starter is no problem at all with Vindija’s products because when they are among the ingredients, you know that you will get an excellent first course. 
Preparation  / 30 min
  • Clean and wash all the vegetables and dry them with a paper towel. Cut into strips. 
  • Fry the chopped garlic briefly in olive oil. 
  • Add the vegetables, bean sprouts and mushrooms. 
  • Fry the ingredients over high heat for about 10 minutes. 
  • Season with salt and pepper, stir and remove from heat. 
Serving
Spread crumbled fresh cheese over the vegetables, stir and serve.

12 small oyster mushrooms
100 g of leek
100 g of carrots
100 gof zucchini
100 gof fresh red or green peppers
100 gof green sprouts
2 clovesof garlic
100 gof 'z bregov fresh cheese
200 mlof olive oil
 salt
 pepper
