Freska yogurt cubes

Preparation   
  • Mix eggs with sugar until well frothy. Then add, carefully stirring, water and flour, and finally the baking powder. Pour the mixture into a baking sheet coated with oil and floured.
  • Bake the biscuit in to 180°C preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes.
    Whip the cream with the addition of stabilizer according to the instructions on the package and add the sugar at the end. Leave to cool.
  • Soak gelatine in cold water and let it stand for a few minutes until it swells. Then drain it and dissolve on low heat while stirring constantly and mix with yoghurt. Immediately stir in the whipped cream into the yogurt and then pour over the biscuits. Put to cold.
  • Whip the cream for decoration with sugar and stabilizer according to the instructions on the package and then divide it into three parts. To two parts mix in the food coloring. Using a decorating tube decorate the cake with the whipping cream.
                             
Chef's tip                       
You can mix fresh berries into the cake immediately after the whipped cream, before putting it on the biscuit. Customize the amount of sugar to your taste or replace it with honey (but this will affect the overall taste of the cake).

            For the biscuit:           
3 eggs           
3        spoons of sugar           
3          of water           
3of cake flour
1/2 sachetof baking flour
 For the cream:
1 LFreska fruit yogurt grapes/blueberry 
12 sheetsof gelatine 
0,5 L 'z bregov whipping cream 
2 sachetsof whip cream stabilizer 
150 g icing sugar 
 For the topping:
0,2 L'z bregov whipping cream 
1 sachet of whip cream stabilizer 
1 spoon of icing sugar 
 food coloring at will
