Fresh cheese and sour cream gnocchi

Preparing a delicious starter is no problem at all with Vindija’s products because when they are among the ingredients, you know that you will get an excellent first course. 


Preparation  /       20 min
  • Cook the gnocchi, drain them and put them into an ovenproof dish. 
  • Add olive oil and stir well. 
  • In a separate bowl, mix the cheese, sour cream, egg and thinly sliced strips of bacon.     Season to taste.  
  • Spread the mixture evenly on the gnocchi and bake at 200 C for about 10 minutes. 
Serving suggestion
Serve hot and sprinkle with freshly chopped chives. 

Chef’s tip
Instead of potato gnocchi, why not use whole wheat, pumpkin or green gnocchi.
Ingredients  / serves 4 
500 g potato gnocchi
200 g 'z bregov fresh cheese  
2 dl  'z bregov sour cream
100 g ViR hamburger bacon
2 tbsp  olive oil 
1 egg

salt and pepper to taste
