  • Season the white fish fillets and sprinkle them with lemon juice.
  • Chop the Swiss chard into thin strips and boil them in salted water.
  • In a bowl put cheese, strained Swiss chard, chopped fish fillet, eggs, wheat grits, chopped parsley and if you like, some olive oil. Mix everything together, add spices, form thin slices and let them cool down well.
  • Cut the celery into very thin sheets and then into thin strips 8blades), and fry them in a small pan on very hot oil for a few seconds, then place the fried celery onto a kitchen towel.
  • Fry the slices in heated oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
Serving suggestion
Serve fish and cheese slices on top of grilled vegetables (zucchini, eggplant, pepper, onion), and put fried celery on top.

300 g  white fish fillets
100 g  Swiss chard
50 g wheat grits
50 g celery root 
2 eggs
squeezed juice of 1 lemon
  freshly chopped parsley
