- Mix all the ingredients for the dough until well developed.
- Place the dough in a warm place for at least half an hour.
- Coat muffin molds generously with butter and sprinkle with peanuts.
- Divide the dough into the molds.
- Bake the muffins in the oven at 190°C for 12-15 minutes.
