Curd Cheese and Spinach Strudel

Your quest has just ended because we have created perfect recipes for light meals, which contain the ideal ratio of nutritional and hedonistic values for all those contemporary gourmands who are always careful about their health and staying fit!
  • Defrost and drain the spinach and mix the ingredients for the filling until you get a mixture of uniform texture. 
  • Smear melted butter on puff pastry sheets. Keep sticking two sheets together until you run out of sheets. 
  • Divide the filling into 6 parts and smear each part on one half of the surface of the prepared pastry sheets. Roll the sheets into the shape of a strudel and coat them with the rest of the 'z bregov butter. 
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at a temperature of 180 °C for about 25 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with kefir or 'z bregov yoghurt.

For the filling:
600 g of 'z bregov curd cheese
450 g of frozen chopped spinach
100 g of 'z bregov sour cream
1 teaspoonof salt (of less, to taste)
1/2 teaspoonof garlic powder
 Other ingredients:
12 puff pastry sheets
125 gof 'z bregov butter (for coating)
