Cream and amaretto tart

  • Roll the dough a little wider than the size of the pan and lay over the bottom and the sides of the pan.
  • Bake in a 180 °C oven about 12 minutes. Leave to cool.
  • Warm the cream on low flame, add the orange zest and amaretto. When it boils, remove from flame and melt chopped chocolate in the mixture. Mix until a shiny uniform cream forms.
  • Pour the filling in the cooled pastry shell and leave to cool well, preferably overnight. 
Serving
Cut the cooled tart into slicers and serve alone or with whipped cream 'z bregov.                         

Ingredients
For the pastry:
125 g butter 'z bregov
80 g sugar
250 g strong flour
1egg yolk
1 sachetvanilla-flavored sugar
1 teaspooncinnamon
 For the filling:
4 dl whipping cream 'z bregov 
350 g dark chocolate 
2 tablespoons amaretto (or similar almong liqueur)
 zest of un-sprayed orange
