Colourful Roasted Turkey Steaks

Preparation
  • Beat the turkey steaks until they are thin. Season them with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with garlic powder. Cut four steaks about 12 x 8 cm in size. Put the rest of the meat in a blender and grind. 
  • Divide the mixture into two parts. Take one part of the mixture and add half the amount of butter, one egg and the chopped tomatoes. Add the spinach, egg and the other half of butter in the second part of the mixture. Grind each part of the mixture once again to thoroughly combine all the ingredients. 
  • Make layers in the following order: a steak, a layer of the green mixture, a steak, a layer of the red mixture, a steak, a layer of the green mixture, and top it all with a steak. 
  • Roast in a pre-heated oven at 180 °C for about 45 minutes.

1,5 kg of Vindon turkey breast steaks
1 tablespoon of finely chopped dried tomatoes
30 g of baby spinach
eggs

salt, pepper
 garlic powder
100 gof 'z bregov butter
