- Cut the zucchini lengthwise into slices about 4 mm thick (we recommend using a meat slicer). Smear the slices with olive oil and grill briefly (for 30 seconds) on a heated ridged skillet. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and let it cool down.
- Cut the DeLuxe ham into thin slices, and then into strips as wide as the zucchini strips.
- Cut the fennel and carrots into thin sticks. Sauté on heated Butterino, season with salt, pepper and a bit of garlic. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
- Smear the chilled zucchini strips with a layer of well chilled Bovizola spread, approximately 4 mm thick, cover them with DeLuxe ham strips and shape into rolls.
- Toast the bread briefly and cut into circles. Place the rolls on the toast circles and fill the middle with the sautéed and chilled fennel and carrot.
- Decorate with fennel leaves and serve.
