Chicken skewers with sesame, coriander and mango

Preparation  / 40 min
  • Slice the chicken into cubes.
  • Wash and clean the peppers and cut into slices.
  • Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the seeds. Cut it into slices.
  • Put the ingredients in a bowl and add sesame oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, chopped coriander and cardamom seeds which you have previously removed from the pods.
  • Stir well and let it marinate for about 2 hours.
  • Skew in turn the chicken, peppers and mango on wooden skewers.
  • Grill about 6 minutes on each side.

400 g chicken Cekin
1 large mango
1 large pepper
2 tablespoons sesame oil
60 g sesame seeds
  soy sauce 
60 g sesame seeds
  coriander 
cardamom pods
  wooden skewers
