Chicken rolls with zucchini and bacon

Preparation  / 40 min
  • Wash and cut zucchini into thin stripes. Salt and pepper.
  • Lightly season the drumsticks with salt.
  • Arrange slices of bacon into pairs so that edges overlap.
  • On each pair of bacon place one chicken drumstick and fill with stripes of zucchini.
  • Put a scoop of butter in the middle and bend tightly. Fix the joint with a toothpick.
  • Fry the rolls on a moderate hot grill for about 8 minutes on each side.

8 Cekin chicken drumsticks with bones
16 slices of Rozeto bacon
1 big zucchini
 'z bregov butter
