Chicken dumplings in vinegar sauce

Preparation  / 50 min
  • Mix meat, bread crumbs, eggs, herbs and carrots and season to taste.
  • Let the mixture sit cool for 20 minutes.
  • From the resulting mixture make dumplings of the size of walnuts, roll them in flour and fry them on all sides in a pan with butter.
  • After the dumplings got caramel brown pour soup and balsamic vinegar.
  • Simmer in the sauce until desired consistency (about 5 minutes) and add salt and pepper to the sauce to taste.
Serving suggestion
Serve with pasta or cooked vegetables.

Chef's tip
For a special flavor of the sauce, you can add also chopped fresh celery and two tablespoons of sour cream 'z bregov.

500 g chicken minced meat Cekin
100 g breadcrumbs Latica
3 eggs
1 tablespoon chopped herbs (parsley, chives)
100 g finely grated carrots

salt and pepper
2 oz chicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablesppons butter 'z bregov
