Preparation |

- Cook the frankfurters in boiling water for a few minutes.
- Whisk the eggs, season with salt and fry them in a frying pan on hot butter.
- Thinly slice the gherkins and tomato.
- Cut the hot dog buns along the middle (not all the way through), and put ketchup and mayonnaise inside, then the frankfurter, scrambled eggs, beans, tomato and gherkins.

Serving suggestion |
Serve hot with freshly fried onion rings (1 – 2 minutes in hot oil) that you’ve previously dipped in batter made of eggs, flour, milk and salt (its consistency should be a little thicker than pancake batter). Fry until golden brown on the outside, with the onion still crunchy on the inside. |
