Camembert and Tomato Tart

  • Combine the softened butter and the rest of the ingredients for the pastry and knead the dough. Leave it to cool for approximately 15 minutes. 
  • Roll out the pastry and press it in a cake or quiche tin about 22 cm in diameter. 
  • Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes at a temperature of around 200 °C. 
  • Take the pastry out of the oven and immediately coat it with slices of camembert and tomatoes. Drizzle with olive oil. 
  • Return the pastry to the oven and bake for additional five or six minutes at the same temperature, or until the desired colour is reached. 

Ingredients  
For the pastry:
200 g of rough flour
65 g of 'z bregov butter
1 tablespoon of ground walnuts or almonds
1egg yolk
1 teaspoonof 'z bregov sour cream
 a pinch of salt
 For the filling:
1 package (250 g)of Vindija camembert cheese
200 gof cherry tomatoes 
2 tablespoonsof olive oil
