Berry vanilla strudel

Want to prepare a delicious strudel, Check-style dumplings or other treats, but don’t know where to start? Find your inspiration in Vindija’s dessert cookbook! 
Preparation  / 40 minutes
  • For the filling, mix the pudding, eggs, sugar and fruit. 
  • Brush two filo pastry sheets with melted butter. 
  • Spread ¼ of the filling on one half of the sheet, roll and place into a baking tray greased with butter. 
  • The quantity is enough for four whole strudels. 
  • Bake at 180 °C for about 25 – 30 minutes. 
Serving suggestion
Cut the strudel when it has cooled down a little and dust with icing sugar. 

Chef's tip
Instead of vanilla pudding and berries, you can use chocolate pudding and banana slices.
Ingredients  / serves 10 
1 pack  filo pastry (8 sheets)
For the filling
3 Vindija vanilla puddings
3 eggs
4 tbsp brown sugar 
60 dag berries (strawberries, rasperries, blackberries, blackcurrants) 
10 dag Latica breadcrumbs

'z bregov butter
  icing sugar to sprinkle
