Baked Prawns with Camembert

Preparing a delicious starter is no problem at all with Vindija’s products because when they are among the ingredients, you know that you will get an excellent first course. 
Preparation  / 40 min
  • Fry the prawns in a little oil.
  • After 2- 3 minutes, pour wine over the prawns and season with salt. Cook until the liquid evaporates.
  • Let the prawns cool down a little, remove their shells and cut them in half.
  • Smear two sheets of puff pastry with oil and stick them together. Repeat the process until you have used up all of the sheets. Cut the sheets into a total of 24 squares. 
  • Coat muffin molds with the cut pastry and put some prawns, Camembert cubes and a tablespoon of cream mixed with parsley in each one of them. 
  • Bake the filled pastry in the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until the desired color is reached.
Serve hot or cold as a party snack.

Ingredients/ 24 pieces
300 g of fresh prawns
300 g of 'z bregov sour cream
250 g of pre-made puff pastry sheets
250 gof Camembert cheese
 olive oil
1 dlof wine
 a pinch of salt and a bit of chopped fresh parsley
