- Fry the prawns in a little oil.
- After 2- 3 minutes, pour wine over the prawns and season with salt. Cook until the liquid evaporates.
- Let the prawns cool down a little, remove their shells and cut them in half.
- Smear two sheets of puff pastry with oil and stick them together. Repeat the process until you have used up all of the sheets. Cut the sheets into a total of 24 squares.
- Coat muffin molds with the cut pastry and put some prawns, Camembert cubes and a tablespoon of cream mixed with parsley in each one of them.
- Bake the filled pastry in the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes or until the desired color is reached.
