Baked French green beans with keffir

Preparation  / 25 minutes
  • Grease an ovenproof dish with 1/3 of the butter. 
  • Fry the breadcrumbs on butter until golden brown. 
  • Place the green beans in the ovenproof dish, pour lightly salted keffir, sprinkle with fried breadcrumbs and the shredded cheese. 
  • Bake at 220 °C for about 15 minutes. 
Serving suggestion
Garnish with chopped garlic mixed with olive oil. 

Chef’s tip
The flavour of this dish will be more intense if you prepare it with Capron goat cheese.

5 dl Legend 'z bregov keffir
80 dag boiled green beans 
15 dag 'z bregov butter
20 dag Latica breadcrumbs
5 dag shredded Varaždinec cheese
