Vindija’s bakery offers sweet and savoury strukli with cottage cheese and strukli with cottage cheese and summer squash.    Strukli with cottage cheese, a traditional dish from the Zagorje region playing its role in the Croatian gastronomic heritage. That is why the hardworking Latica bakers carefully use the original recipe and create a specialty irresistibly reminiscent of granny’s cuisine. 

A product made from quickly frozen pastry with delicious apple filling, contributing to as much as 60% of this delicious treat. 
Zlevka is an original dish that our ancestors once had on their tables. It forms part of the rich gastronomic heritage of the Varazdin region and taking us back to the time when food was prepared with a certain special love and care. The most common way to make it, is with fresh cottage cheese and cream, whilst the dough is made with corn flour. Latica offers savoury zlevka and two varieties of sweet zlevka – with walnuts and sour cherries.

Our mlinci is made from high quality white wheat flour. And don’t forget that the combination of Vindon turkey and Latica mlinci perfectly compliment each other at holiday feasts!
