Vindija's keffir natur is made of 3.5% fat milk, whilst the light variety is made of 0.9% fat milk. Everyone can enjoy it, even those who are following a low fat diet! The consistency of our keffir is thick and liquid - frothy and overflowing with aroma of a fermented dairy product.

Legend 'z bregov acidophillus milk is made from 3.2% fat milk and its light variety, made from 0.9% fat milk. Both, fermented using probiotic bacteria Lactobacillus acidophilus (La5) into a deliciously thick dairy product.  

Among the numerous exceptional benefits on our health, it increases resistance against certain infections, strengthens the hormonal system and lowers the risk of contracting diabetes, arteriosclerosis etc.
Also, acidophilus milk is a valuable source of calcium that helps build and strengthen bones in addition to calming nerves.

Early morning, throughout the picturesque Varazdin hills, there is freshly-milked milk held in a clay pot. As day passes, everybody becomes eager and looks forward to the evening when they discover sour milk, delicious and refreshing, ready on the table.  

These scenes were a routine of old traditional villages “from our hills“, and today, a rare and almost forgotten occurrence. In a clear attempt to save the 'z bregov tradition and offer the best nature can give to our urban consumers, we have produced 'z bregov Legend sour milk, produced from milk with 3.2% fat content.

Apart from pouring, our sour milk is also available in its set variety. Obtained by fermenting in pots, adding the bacteria causing lactic acid fermentation, set sour milk reminds us of the old times, when grandma once used to make traditional specialties in a clay pot.
