Bovidur is a classic hard cheese made from cow milk widely appreciated by gourmands everywhere. The trademark yellowish colour and nutty buttery flavour are a perfect match for various dishes, but works best with light meals and chicken dishes.
Ovidur, a light yellow cheese of a mild, almost caramel flavour, introduces hedonists to a whole new dimension of taste. The third musketeer in the category of our hard cheeses is also a great source of inspiration for chefs, going best with pork or lamb chops.
The distinctive mildly tart flavour is best revealed in Caprodur cheese, Vindija's most awarded product and the eternal champion on DLG quality testing in Frankfurt. Ideally suited for any occasion, from a simple snack to a fancy dinner. Its flavour is best revealed in dishes made from red meat, but also perfect for a sandwich filling or simply served with fruit.
Orodur, hard cheese made of cow and sheep milk is the newest member of prestigious category of Vindija hard cheeses. By combining the best features of well-known Ovidur, hard cheese made of sheep milk and Bovidur, hard cheese made of cow milk, a new hard cheese Orodur will satisfy everyone who enjoys cheese with attitude as well as whose who prefer cheeses with milder flavour.
